    Former Officer Guilty of Misconduct in Bowman Case

    Detective Sergeant Jason Grafham was found guilty of gross misconduct for retaining crime scene photos of Sally Anne Bowman, a raped and murdered teenager, for personal gratification over 20 years. The tribunal ruled there was no policing reason for his actions, which caused emotional harm to Bowman's family. Grafham is permanently barred from police service.
