    A man in his 40s, arrested after a Semtex bomb was intercepted by gardai, is employed at a prestigious Irish government-funded organization. The bomb, described as highly sophisticated, was seized on the Dublin to Derry road. A 25-year-old law student has also been charged in connection with the incident, which raises concerns over dissident republican activities.
