    Tipperary Council Approves 35 New Homes

    Tipperary County Council has granted permission for a development of 35 homes in Clonmel, proposed by Bluemont Developments. The project includes 33 three-bedroom terraced houses and two bungalows, with seven units designated for social and affordable housing. Despite local concerns about proximity to a sewage pump and anti-social behavior, the council approved the project with 20 conditions.
