    Cork Developer Wins Appeal on Road Contribution Fee

    Castle Rock Homes (Bandon) Ltd has successfully appealed a €678,400 contribution for road improvements required by Cork County Council for a housing development in Bandon. The appeals board ruled that the road works would benefit a wider traffic network, not just the development, leading to the removal of the contribution condition for the construction of 212 houses.
