    Belfast Company Dissolved After $9M Payment

    QIPG Refinance Limited, a Belfast-based firm created to recover overseas assets of former billionaire Seán Quinn, has been formally dissolved following a final payment of $9.4 million to the Irish state. Established in 2012, the company was part of efforts by the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation to reclaim assets linked to Quinn's debts. The dissolution occurred after 28 months of liquidation oversight.
