    Property prices in Ireland rose by 6.2% in the year to May, consistent with April's figures, according to the Central Statistics Office. The median price for a home nationwide was €395,000, with Dublin's median at €500,000. Prices have increased significantly since the 2013 lows, now 25% above the peak in April 2007.
