    Ireland Approves Paid Leave for Miscarriage

    The Irish government has enacted a new law granting five days of paid leave for women who experience a miscarriage before 23 weeks or have an abortion. This leave, supported by Enterprise Minister Peter Burke, is compensated at 70% of the daily rate, capped at €110, and requires medical certification to assist women during a challenging time.
