    A wildfire in Killarney National Park, ignited by human activity, likely from a disposable barbecue, burned 20 to 22 hectares of land. The fire, which broke out on July 14, was controlled by local fire crews and NPWS staff, with air support deployed. Minister Christopher O’Sullivan condemned the act as a crime against nature.
