    A magnitude 7.1 earthquake struck Japan's southern main island of Kyushu, causing part of the Aeon Mall in Kashima Town to collapse. Dozens are reported missing or injured, with around 20 to 30 employees unaccounted for. A tsunami advisory was briefly issued but lifted. Damage includes roads, bridges, and buildings, with no major public facility damage reported.
