    CPS Upheld Decision Not to Charge Letby Further

    The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has upheld its decision not to bring new charges against Lucy Letby, a nurse convicted of murdering seven infants. Families of six additional babies sought a review of this decision, but an independent prosecutor confirmed that the evidential test was not met. Letby is currently serving 15 life sentences for her crimes.
